These services are operated by umi.design LLC (Representative: Takumi Kato, Ultimete Meieki 1st 2F, 3-4-10 Meieki, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya, Aichi 450-0002, Japan).

This Privacy Policy applies to all apps and web services listed above that are developed and operated by umi.design LLC. For services that differ from this policy in any way, those differences are described in the per-service sections below.

• Device information — device model, OS version, app version, language setting (iOS apps).

We do not collect payment card numbers directly. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Apple App Store).

Our web services use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and session management. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; note that some features may not work properly without them. iOS apps do not use cookies but may use device identifiers for analytics as described above.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

2. 適用範囲

本プライバシーポリシーは、umi.design 合同会社が開発・運営する上記の全アプリ・Webサービスに適用されます。 サービスごとに差異がある場合は、下記のサービス別セクションに記載します。

3. 収集する情報

以下の情報を収集する場合があります。

• アカウント情報 — メールアドレス、表示名（アカウント登録時のみ）。
• 利用状況データ — 閲覧ページ、機能の使用状況、セッション時間、エラーログ。
• デバイス情報 — デバイス機種・OSバージョン・アプリバージョン・言語設定（iOSアプリ）。
• ユーザー生成コンテンツ — サービスに投稿・アップロードしたファイル・画像・テキスト等。

クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は当社では直接収集しません。 決済はStripe・Apple App Store等のサードパーティが処理します。

• サービスの提供・維持・改善のため。
• お問い合わせへの対応・サポートのため。
• 重要なサービス通知（規約変更・障害情報等）の送信のため。
• 利用状況の分析・バグ修正のため。
• 法令の遵守のため。

収集した個人情報を第三者に販売・賃貸することはありません。

6. 保存期間

アカウントが有効な期間、またはサービス提供に必要な期間、データを保持します。 いつでも第9条の連絡先に削除を申請できます。 匿名化・集計済みのデータは分析目的で保持することがあります。

7. クッキーおよびトラッキング

WebサービスではアナリティクスやセッションのためCookieおよび類似技術を使用しています。 ブラウザ設定でCookieを無効にできますが、一部機能が正常に動作しない場合があります。 iOSアプリはCookieを使用しませんが、上記のとおり分析用デバイス識別子を使用する場合があります。

8. 子どものプライバシー

当社のサービスは13歳未満（EEAでは16歳未満）の方を対象としていません。 お子様の情報が収集されたと思われる場合は、ご連絡ください。

10. 本ポリシーの変更
